Equestrian Vaulting at Cadbury Farm
Welcome!
Apex Vaulters is an equestrian vaulting club offering competitive and recreational vaulting for ages 5+ at Cadbury Farm in Carnation, WA.
We are non-profit and community-oriented, focused on creating a positive and supportive learning environment in which students can receive personalized coaching and progress steadily in their development of equestrian vaulting technique, artistry, and horsemanship. Our competitive vaulters compete at all levels ranging from entry levels at local shows up through high performance levels at FEI-recognized international competitions.
Equestrian vaulting is a graceful and athletic sport that is often described as gymnastics and dance on horseback. Vaulters of all ages learn vaulting exercises and routines, some choreographed to music, that are performed while the horse is walking, trotting, or cantering on a circle.
Recreational Program
The Recreational Vaulting Program develops happy, healthy, and confident kids through the sport of equestrian vaulting. Recreational vaulters learn basic vaulting skills on a stationary vaulting barrel before moving onto a safe vaulting horse at walk, and eventually at trot. Classes available in summer sessions and year-round for ages 5+. Adult recreational lessons are also available periodically.
Competitive Program
The Competitive Vaulting Program develops confident, skilled, and well-rounded athletes, focusing on competitive success and learning life lessons through sport. Competitive vaulters train at walk, trot, or canter and compete at all levels in competitions ranging from local to international. Competitive vaulters (ages 8+) practice year-round and attend competitions in the spring, summer, and fall.
